Recipe intake, rebuilt in two days

The Challenge

Custom food RFQs arrived as PDFs, and every quote meant manually matching ingredients against the ERP. Each one took a member of the sales ops team about four hours, which capped how many quotes the business could turn around in a day.

What We Built

In two days, we built the entire workflow end to end: an intake pipeline that reads incoming RFQ PDFs, a matcher that lines ingredients up against the ERP automatically, and a verification screen that lets the sales ops team review and confirm before quoting.

The Challenge

CandidPro's revenue strategy team needed to understand what customers were actually telling them, but the signal was buried across thousands of support tickets. Reviewing them by hand was slow enough that most tickets were never read at all, and the patterns inside them went unseen.

What We Built

We set up a workflow that ingests their support tickets and structures the contents, so the team can analyze themes and trends across the whole set instead of reading one ticket at a time.

The Results

  • 2,000+ support tickets analyzed in an hour, compared to manual review
  • Routine analysis tasks completed in roughly an eighth of the time, or less
  • Adopted as an ongoing part of how the team works
